Press Release Body: New York , NY , August 19, 2008 -- The Art of Curves "brought
curvy back", with the unprecedented success of last years plus size fashion show in
New York City's Westside Loft. Scheduled to take place September 19th, 2008 at
Manhattan's Studio 450, some of the Plus Industry's top designers as the well as the
works of up and coming designers will be showcased. They are also incorporating
networking and vendors, with a Shop-n-Soiree, pre and post show. Some Designers will
be selling garments right off the runway.

This year, the Art of Curves will donate a portion of the proceeds to Dress for
Success and Project (PCOS). Dress for Success is committed to promoting the economic
independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of
support, and career development tools needed to help women succeed in the work force
and in life. Project PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), provides education and
medical reference services by support groups, researchers and specialist.

The AOC is about a unified front among women. The company also trains women, that
are interested in pursuing a modeling or just looking like one. The producers of the
show are bringing together an array of beautiful women from all walks of life.\"
We\'ve mixed the professional models with the aspiring onesThis year's show is
themed: The Movement, it will show how real women are on the move.
The Art of Curves is currently receiving response from plus size brands in efforts
to heighten the awareness and influence in and about the plus-size community in the
fashion world. The Move Magazine, Labella Diva, HSS&A, Inc. and Pour Moi Cognac for
Women are amongst the sponsors that are supporting the Art of Curves Movement.
